How To Find Motivation During The Hardest Times

No Motivation

While I am “studying” abroad, I admit that at times it can be very difficult to focus on course work when all I want to do is travel and see the amazing city that is London. For many students studying abroad, we focus more on traveling and sight-seeing than actually studying.

Contrary to popular belief, I actually do have a significant amount of work to do while I am here, especially reading. Between the free museums and constant gloomy weather, finding motivation to do virtually anything can be proven impossible. I sign up to get daily articles from The Muse and the one today really resonated with me. It is, ironically, all about how to get motivated when being motivated is the last thing you want to do.

I am definitely going to use some these during my time spent in London, and I hope you find them useful as well! Also, if you want to stay up to date on my time abroad, check out my study abroad blog here or by using the link in the main menu! Enjoy!
